All students participating in the Middle School Hackathon this year. 

There is a mandatory meeting in the library during extra help Tuesday March 3rd.  Please see Mr. Coughlan with any questions.

The wrestling team dominated all 3 opponents in their home meet yesterday and finished with a combined record of 38-5.  A handful of students with notable wins were:  Ben Fox, Louie Drake, Jeremey Carrera, Niko Plaza, Elia Sonitis, Sam Paparo, Sherod Daniels, Kieran Owens, Evan Agresti, Camila Genao Canela, and Zada Calderon-Quintanilla.  Our next home match is March 16, we hope to see you there!

February is Black History month.

Today we honor Barack Obama.  Baack Obama was the 44th president of the United States and the first African American to hold the office.  Before winning the presidency Obama represented Illinois in the U.S. Senate.  He was the third African American to be elected to that body since the end of Reconstruction in 1877.  In 20098 he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples.
