Book Fair
WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT OUR ANNUAL Book Fair is coming soon to the library!  All students will attend the Book Fair during their ELA classes.  6th graders will visit on Wednesday, October 22nd.  7th and 8th graders will attend on Thursday, October 23rd.  Students can add money to their Book fair account ahead of time using the QR code listed on the flyer.  Flyers are posted on Parent Square and on your ELA teacher’s Google Classroom page so be sure to check their for more details.  Please see Mr. Coughlan or Ms. Ryan with any questions.  Get ready to find your next great read and support our school library.  We can’t wait to see you at the Book fair!

Informational meeting after school today, 10/15, in room 107 for the TED-ED Club.
 
Sports News
The eighth grade girls’ soccer team had an impressive win over South Woods Middle school on Tuesday with a score of 3-0.  Goals were scored by Lily Drew, Maeve McNamara and Catherine Thelibule.  Excellent assists from  Joselyn Papadopulous and Cate Villanueva.  Fantastic defense was played by Nicole Breen, Reese Kuntz and Maddie Cammelleri.  Our Goalies Maeve McNamara and Katelyn  Breen showed impressive goal keeping shutting out South woods.  The team will play their next home game vs Garden City on Friday October 17th, please come out and support.  GO CYCLONES!
