Spirit Day
This Friday, 6/6, show your school spirit by wearing your favorite jersey to school.
 
HS Girls' Soccer Tryouts
Attention all 8th grade girls interested in trying out for soccer at South Side High School next year.  There will be a Girls’ Soccer tryout meeting on Tuesday, June 10th, at 2:45 in room 121.
 
Concussion Testing
Attention all students interested in playing a school sport next year:  CONCUSSION BASELINE TESTING will be held after school in the CAFETERIA today, tomorrow and Thursday. Please sign up during gym and come with a charged Chromebook.
 
MS Girls' Soccer
Attention all 6th and 7th grade girls interested in playing soccer next year.  There will be an informational meeting held on June 9th in the auxiliary gym right after school.  Please see Ms. Carroll if you have any questions.  See you there!
 
Sports
Courtney Barbaratto, Bianca Cherry, Emmy Iandorio, Emma Glynn, Danielle Giuliani, Ruby Shapiro, Ally Slade, and Abby  Smith all scored in the 8th grade girls last game of the season.  Juliet Diorio, Isabella Lanzi, Lily Conlon, Ella Groom and Cece Rose each had a few great steals and Myra Grillo had 9 saves for our team.

The Boys’ Tennis team kept their winning season going by defeating Oceanside by a score of 5-3.  Wins were scored by George Palomino, Fabian Palomino, Liam Price, Harry Loutit, Henry Rocafort, Chase Aiello and Jake Carebajal.  The team decided on an ultimate team captain yesterday.  This award goes to an individual who has erservred through challenges and never gives up when times are tough.  Give it up for 8th grader Patrick Connolly on being named the Boys ‘ Tennis Team Captain. Coach McGorty is proud of the while team.  Go Cyclones!
